Here’s the definitive checklist of documents you need during NEET UG 2025 counselling:
- ✅ NEET 2025 Score Card (To be downloaded after result declaration)
- ✅ NEET 2025 Application Form
- ✅ NEET 2025 Admit Card
- ✅ Date of Birth Proof – Either Birth Certificate or 10th Class Marksheet
- ✅ 10th Class Marksheet (Secondary Examination Certificate)
- ✅ 11th Class Marksheet
- ✅ 12th Class Marksheet
- ✅ Domicile Certificate (मूल निवास प्रमाण पत्र)
- ✅ Aadhar Card – As ID Proof for the student (छात्र का आईडी प्रूफ आधार कार्ड)
- ✅ Caste Certificate for SC/ST candidates – Must be valid and issued at both Central and State levels
- ✅ OBC NCL Certificate – Valid and issued after 01 Jan 2025, both State & Central
- ✅ EWS Certificate – Valid and issued after 01 April 2025, both State & Central
- ✅ 10 Passport Size Photos – Same as uploaded on NEET application form
- ✅ PwD Certificate (if applicable) – Must be issued by any of the 16 designated MCC centers after the NEET result
- ✅ WDP/WPP Certificate (if applicable) – For children/widows of Army Personnel only
- ✅ 12th Class Transfer Certificate (TC)

- Get a self-study affidavit made on ₹20/₹50 stamp paper from a nearby court
