✅ Essential Documents Required for MCC NEET UG 2025 (15% AIQ) Counselling
Make sure to keep these documents ready in both original and PDF format:
1. 📝 NEET 2025 Score Card
- Download your official scorecard from: https://neet.nta.nic.in
- Keep the PDF version saved on your device.
2. 🏦 Bank Passbook Copy
- Must be in the name of the student/guardian.
- Clearly mention IFSC code, account number, and branch.
3. 🆔 Aadhaar Card
- Ensure that Name, Date of Birth, and Address are correctly mentioned.
4. 🎓 12th Marksheet
- The PCB (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) marksheet is mandatory.
- Include both provisional and original if possible.
5. 📄 EWS Certificate (if applicable)
- Only valid if issued after 1st April 2024.
- Must be in central government format.
6. 📜 OBC-NCL Certificate (if applicable)
- Only valid if issued after 1st January 2025.
- Should be in central government format.
